Come as an individual or as a family and enjoy a great day out in our pleasant rural location, and see a range of radio controlled boats. Bring a boat and have a pleasant day sailing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have excellent\nfacilities with toilets, covered seating area, and pleasant views across the local\ncountryside. On entering Knightcote from Bishops Itchington turn right\n100m after the 30mph sign into a road signed New House Farm HGVs&#8230; KMBC.
